Add a back-up payment method

A back-up payment method serves as a safety net to ensure that your service is not interrupted. If your primary payment method doesn't work for some reason, we will charge your backup payment method for your Google Fiber service.

 ADD A BACK UP

To add a back-up payment method:

  1. Sign in to myFiber using the email and password you use for your Google Fiber account. Your Account page appears

  2. Click Manage Billselect Manage Bill

  3. In How to pay section, click Manage Payment Methodsselect Manage Payment Methods

  4. Click Add Payment Methodselect Add Payment Method
  5. Select the type of payment method you want to add; then enter the required informationselect the type of payment method to add

  6. If you need to change or add an address for the payment type, click the address box and select or add an address. (If you’re adding an address, enter only the zip code.)
  7. Click Save
  8. From the drop-down list on the new payment method card, select Backup

    Add a back-up payment method to your Google Fiber account.
