To display the Google Fiber TV settings options:

Press
on the remote control.

Select Apps & More.
The Apps & More screen appears.

Select Settings.
When you display the Settings screen, whatever is currently playing squeezes back to a thumbnail image at the top of the screen and continues playing. The current time, day, date, the name of the program, and how much time is left to play appears to the right of the thumbnail.
The types of settings you can adjust appear on a menu across the bottom of the screen.
