Check your Network Health in the Google Fiber app

The Network Health feature in the Google Fiber app allows you to easily check your internet connectivity, speed, and coverage. When you run a Network Health test, you’ll get a score for your connection (either excellent, good, or poor), along with troubleshooting tips that you can use to help improve your Wi-Fi network. It can also tell you when you’re impacted by an outage in your neighborhood.

Who can use Network Health?

GFiber customers who use the Google Fiber app and have the GFiber Multi-Gig Wi-Fi 7 Router, the GFiber Multi-Gig Wi-Fi 6E Router (GR6EXXOC), the GFiber Multi-Gig Wi-Fi 6 Router (GFRG300), or the Google Fiber Wi-Fi 6 Router (GRAX210T) can use the Network Health feature. The Network Health feature is not supported by Network Box (GFRG100, 200 or 210), Google Wifi or Nest Wifi Pro at this time.

Don’t have the Google Fiber app? No problem — you can download it here:
