Schedule an appointment with the Google Fiber app

You can use the Google Fiber app to schedule an installation appointment. You can also change or cancel an existing repair appointment. To schedule an appointment, follow these steps:

 To schedule a new appointment:

1. From the Home screen touch Schedule appointment.
   
2. Select your desired appointment, then touch Continue.
    
3. Review your appointment details, then touch Confirm appointment.
   
4. A technician will arrive within 30 minutes of your appointment start time and the appointment should take around 2 hours. If you need to make changes, check out Reschedule an appointment with the Google Fiber app or Cancel an appointment with the Google Fiber app.
