You can use the Google Fiber app to reschedule an installation appointment. You can also schedule or cancel an existing repair appointment.
To reschedule an appointment:
- From the Home screen touch Manage appointment.
- Touch Reschedule.
- Select the new appointment you'd like, then touch Continue.
- Review your appointment details, then touch Confirm appointment.
A technician will arrive within 30 minutes of your appointment start time and the appointment should take around 2 hours.
