Reschedule an appointment with the Google Fiber app

You can use the Google Fiber app to reschedule an installation appointment. You can also schedule or cancel an existing repair appointment.
 

To reschedule an appointment:

  1. From the Home screen touch Manage appointment.

  2. Touch Reschedule.The Google Fiber app "your appointment" screen. There are three links at the bottom: "Reschedule" (circled in red), "Add to calendar," and "Cancel appointment".
  3. Select the new appointment you'd like, then touch Continue.

  4. Review your appointment details, then touch Confirm appointment.

    A technician will arrive within 30 minutes of your appointment start time and the appointment should take around 2 hours.
