How to return Fiber devices by mail

How to return Google Fiber devices by mail:

  1. If you've made a plan change or cancelation and need to return Google Fiber device(s), you'll need to package your equipment and return it to us. Within 72 hours of making a plan change or cancelation taking effect, you'll receive an email from containing a link to print a prepaid return label.
  2. Depending on the type of device(s) you have, you'll need to reset them to ensure your personal data and settings remain private. Please perform a factory reset of your Google Fiber devices before returning them. 
  3. Use existing packaging material (such as material from the original boxes and bubble wrap, if you still have it) to protect against damage during shipment.
    • If you have multiple devices, place them securely in one large box to ship. Once your equipment is packaged, you can then:
      • Print the return label, attach it to your package and drop the package off at any FedEx location
      • Bring in your packaged device to any FedEx location along with the email and FedEx will print the label for you
NOTE: While the shipping costs with the provided label are free, you'll be responsible for any optional packaging supplies or services purchased at a FedEx location. You have 60 days to return your devices.
