Learn about recent changes to Simply Unlimited plan

In order to continue delivering high quality product offerings and features for our subscribers, the price of Simply Unlimited group plans with 3 or more members increased on March 5, 2024. The price did not change for individual subscribers or groups with 2 members on Simply Unlimited. It is also not changing on the Flexible or Unlimited Plus plans.

For existing subscribers with 3 or more members, this change is reflected on the first bill starting April 4, 2024.

Simply Unlimited plan offerings haven’t changed. You still get:

  • High-speed data, calls and texts within the US, Canada, and Mexico
  • Full connectivity for select smartwatches
  • 5 GB of high-speed hotspot tethering
  • Family safety features including spam blocking, location sharing and contact controls
  • More ways to stay safe including a VPN for a private online connection

Accounts with long-term promotions or financed devices

Simply Unlimited accounts with one or more long-term promotions or financed devices activated prior to March 5, 2024 maintain the same effective price until these commitments end. Plan credits are issued to each account member to maintain the same effective price for the remainder of the commitments.

Frequently asked questions

What happens to the plan credit if someone on my account starts a new long-term promotion or device financing?
This has no effect on the plan credit. Plan credit will continue being granted until the end date that was originally communicated.
What happens to the plan credit when a new member joins my account?
This has no effect on the plan credit. Plan credit will continue being granted until the end date that was originally communicated. New members added to the account will not receive additional plan credit.
What happens to the plan credit when a member leaves my account?
Any members remaining on the original account will continue to receive plan credit. Members who leave will forfeit their portion of the plan credit.
What happens to the plan credit if I switch to the Unlimited Plus plan or Flexible plan?
Plan credit isn't granted to accounts on the Unlimited Plus plan or Flexible plan. If Simply Unlimited plan accounts (that have already started to receive plan credit on their bill) choose to move to a different plan, they'll stop receiving credit. If they return to the Simply Unlimited plan before the end date that was originally communicated, the plan credit will resume.
