Where are the 2 warranty replacement phone's that I was promised over 2 weeks ago? I have RMA numbers but my phone's are garbage because the microphones don't work. I can't take a call back like that can I? I have gotten 4 regurgitated support responses telling me to do a factory reset. I mean, cmon. I have the RMA numbers. I can ship anything around the would in a week. Why is it so hard for Google to honor a warranty?

Please go to the Fi app and rather than choosing Phone or email, choose Chat  under support.   I don't know what the wait time is like to have a chat with an agent, but it sounds like you need to deal with support rather than with a user-to-user forum.

I've done the chat thing already. That's how I finally got the RMA emails sent to me, after waiting 2 weeks for phone's that would never arrive because the support phone call I was on declined to send them to me the first time. But, I have learned and now you too, that after you use chat ONCE your name is flagged and you can't use it again. Which, is why I'm here. Of all places

You're lucky, I have been waiting for over a month for google-fi to replace my warrantied phone that died 4.5 months into use after a google system update boot looped/bricked it. Never rooted, never unlocked.  They keep spouting mysterious "back-end" issues that only a "specialist" can resolve.  In other words, the "merry go f'k yourself" move, numerous emails and calls to check on the status and I'm still without a phone.  Missed last day of my twins kindergarten due to no backup phone, had I known google, a multinational, multi billion dollar company couldn't resolve a warranty issue in a timely manner, I would've gone with another company.  Long story short, my wife was called instead of me, she's a nurse and was in the middle of her shift, to pick up one of our children from the emergency room.  Nuff said, done with nexus and pixels, as soon as i get my warranty refurbished replacement, I'm done with google.  But they keep sending ads to upgrade from pixel 2 to 3 or 3a, as if!
