Never even received services still I had to "Cancel" every month & 5 months l8r still getting billed 0 Recommended Answers 0 Replies 1 Upvote

Googlefi & I had agreement, they provide a service & I pay money for said services. They were unable to provide me with services on day one; and yet they continue to charge me for nothing for 5 months straight. EVERY MONTH I've spoken / chatted with someone to "Cancel" and was told to wait 60 days for refund. 
After 5 MONTHS of charges & abt 10 canned answers citing covid & refusing to acknowledge previous tickets of cancelations or promise of refunds, they PROMISE to only charge me in one more time, and then I am officially canceled?!!
6 months of charges for a service I never got & now this month they inform me there will be no refund for base service charges.
