When I ordered my new Pixel 3XL from ProjectFi it somehow got a wrong address entered in. I noticed the error the day I got the shipping confirmation and immediately contacted ProjectFi. They did nothing. FedEx is now saying the phone was delivered, but the address it was sent to doesn't even have a street name, so I have no idea where it was sent to. They're saying I signed for it, but I wasn't even in that state. ProjectFi is now saying there's nothing they can do so I'm out almost a thousand dollars? This is NOT OKAY. I ordered a second phone since I had no idea when this situation will resolve but I am not okay with paying for a phone I never received

Dude, we've accidentally order to our old address (apparently it doesn't matter if you change your address in your google account).  None the less, they first told my boyfriend that they cant do anything about it.  Then, when we tried to call FedEx they told us only the shipper can make changes.  When we tried going back to Project Fi they told us we would get an "email" but we have not receive anything going on 2 days.  All they keep telling us is that we will get an email and that it was escalated, in the meantime our package is in limbo waiting for someone to sign for it at our old complex.  While we have notified the management and resident, we have not received a single response or any sort of semblance if they were able to intercept the package.

It's always a good idea to check the shipping address before submitting your order.  Hopefully you will hear from someone soon.  If not, let us know.

Can you double check the case ID number?  I got a response that the number you provided isn't showing up in their records.

This happened to me too, same week.  The reply I got was
"Unfortunately, we’re unable to replace your order as Google
has fulfilled our services by successfully delivering your
complete order to the location you provided. 
As a next step, you may consider initiating an investigation
with the carrier or notify local law enforcement. We’ll be
happy to assist in an investigation."  Absolute garbage, I am furious.

Fi Shipped my phone to the wrong address AFTER I updated my billing information, including my billing address AND after I changed my Fi Service Address.
Google say the 3rd place I had to update my address is the only one that matters, and it's my fault.
