When I ordered my new Pixel 3XL from ProjectFi it somehow got a wrong address entered in. I noticed the error the day I got the shipping confirmation and immediately contacted ProjectFi. They did nothing. FedEx is now saying the phone was delivered, but the address it was sent to doesn't even have a street name, so I have no idea where it was sent to. They're saying I signed for it, but I wasn't even in that state. ProjectFi is now saying there's nothing they can do so I'm out almost a thousand dollars? This is NOT OKAY. I ordered a second phone since I had no idea when this situation will resolve but I am not okay with paying for a phone I never received
