Just put in the numbers, not the words to type. Make it easy.  
Any how can they not answer the phone. 
Already bad feeling about this.  Why do all the carriers have such crappy customer service?

I was very interested in getting signed up with Fi, but after reading the posts here I've decided that Fi isn't the sort of thing I want to get involved with. Too bad - it is (was) a great idea!
