I have some questions about sign and activation and would like to speak with a real person. Is there a number I can call?

Just put in the numbers, not the words to type. Make it easy.  
Any how can they not answer the phone. 
Already bad feeling about this.  Why do all the carriers have such crappy customer service?

They will straight up lie to you, you cannot trust them. They would assure me I was getting a refund and were just waiting on manager approval. After placing me on hold for 2 minutes, they would come back on and say it is taking longer than usual so I would get a callback and soon as a supervisor reviewed the issue.

Hint: They never call back When I called back, I was told it was still approved but they had to escalate it again. Finally, I receive an e-mail from a "supervisor" who tells me via e-mail my request is denied. Whenever I asked her to look through the call history and examine the circumstances, she would just post the URL to the policies again and ironically end the e-mail with "Please don't hesitate to contact me with further questions or concerns."

I tried to escalate again and she said her supervisor doesn't talk to customers but she would be happy to help. She stopped responding to my e-mails and refused to call me as I had requested.
