I haven’t been able to get service on my iPhone for the past week. I contacted support, and they sent me a new SIM card, but I’m still not getting any service. I know it’s not a coverage issue, as I have a Oneplus 6 on Google Fi and it works fine. What should I do here?

Melissa- Welcome to the Google Fi Help Community. I switch back and forth between iPhone and Android for Fi as well. What type of iPhone do you have?

Wow that was a fast reply lol. If it it 100% paid off and unlocked by TMobile it definitely has the right bands. I know that because I used a TMo i8+ myself on Fi. But it does have to be fully paid off and unlocked to use Fi.

Same problem here. I have wifi, thank goodness, but no cell service for the past day. I tried rebooting my phone, updating iOS, taking the SIM card out and putting it back… nothing. I can’t figure it out. Granted, I just arrived in FL from CT, so I’m not in my usual area, but this isn’t a dead-zone— I’m on the coast, in the suburbs, I should have service here. No one in my family has lost service except for me. Help??

Same problem here. Been working fine  and stop working since Sunday. Did all support has told me and nothing. ... Just talk to friends traveling to  EU they seem to been having same issues....

I’ve been having the same problem - contacted Fi support and they told me to wait for “some time” and it should work again...it’s been 4 days and still not working...

I've been experiencing the same thing. After about a year with no issues with my iphone Xs and Fi, last week my service just stopped. I ordered a replacement SIM, and still nothing. Google support has not been helpful, on four separate occasions taking me through the same trouble shooting steps: I tried rebooting my phone, updating iOS, taking the SIM card out and putting it back, waiting for a replacement SIM to arrive (which didn't because Google didn't actually send it), ordering a replacement, trying the replacement SIM, resetting Network settings and still… nothing. The worst is that support says "I can't help you anymore, I have escalated it to my specialist, they will email you." No contact at all from Google, and I've been without service for a full week now. Definitely considering switching carriers, because apparently Google needs my business so little that it can end support calls with "Well, we can't help you...have I answered all of your questions?"

Hi Leslie, in the various trouble shooting actions listed, a reset of the phone was not listed.  If you haven’t already tried this, it might help the connectivity issue.

Same happens with me. I just need a little help when I just login to http://tattoodesigns123.org/ suddenly my sim card block I was just amazed how my Sim card connected on internet. 
Anyone Went through this situation?
