Hi everyone,

Starting today, you can share eligible Fi credit that you’ve earned with the other members of your group plan. If you do not currently have any credits in your account, you have likely been automatically opted into sharing your Fi credits.

If you do currently have Fi credits in your account and need to opt in, you will receive an email from the Project Fi team with instructions on how to do so (also available below). Once you opt in, your eligible Fi credit will be applied to your group bill (excluding taxes and fees). If you receive any eligible Fi credits today and in the future, it will automatically be applied to your group bill as long as you have already opted in.

To turn credit sharing on or off:
1. Open fi.google.com.
2. Go to Billing.
3. Under Payment Settings, select Fi Credit.

Please note this update only applies to group plan Fi subscribers and does not affect individual Fi subscribers.

Cheers,
Kelly

I just want to confirm, Fi credits are (mainly?) earned from buying the more expensive phones. If group members buy the Moto X4 or G6, there will be no credits. Which is my situation. ;(

If I want to share the Fi Credits with specific member of group and not the whole group. Is that available too?

This is not working on my account. There are two people on our group but credit is only being applied to my services.
I have verified the option to share credit with all members is turned on.
