Google Payments not allowing me to remove a card due to a $0/Month Google Fi Bill

I'm unsure if there's a fix to my problem but I cannot remove my old debit card from my Google account due to a Google Fi Bill... but the kicker is I don't have Google Fi and have never paid for it. (Yes I've check my bank and nothing has come out).

Welcome to the Google Fi Wireless community.

Go to payments.google.com, verify it is you, go to payment methods, click on 'edit' underneath the credit card section, and see if there is a subscription you can cancel.
