Huy Thai  1141, the return policy is for 14 days.  Google finances you for the sale price and that is what you are liable for.

@Vgndude

  • Activate your Pixel 3 or Pixel 3 XL within 30 days of the shipment confirmation email.
  • Activate on the Fi account used to purchase the phone. You can activate it yourself or give it to a group plan member to activate.
  • The discounted price will automatically apply during checkout.
  • If Fi is not activated within 30 days of the phone shipment confirmation email, the discounted amount will be charged to your Google Payments account to match the full price of the phone.
There is no minimum subscription period, you just need to meet those requirements.

Hi, I am trying to figure out why Google Fi stole over $1,000 in promotional credit from my account, all I can get is people telling me that I never had such a credit. I even had a supervisor - Octavia - laugh at me when I told him I was filing a complaint with the Kansas Consumer Protection Act. They have been provided this same screenshot and now a complaint is being filed against Google Fi and Octavia.

Getting confirmation that I have activated the phone on the acct. is impossible via the phone with the substandard people answering the phone in the Philippines. I've sent a email and will try to remember in the future that calling is no longer an option as it is a total waste of time.

@Kevin_D Why does it matter where she posts? It's not like Fi's all-star support team is going to respond whether she posts it here or wastes hours on hold for a "supervisor" to tell her nothing can be done.

Please don't hesitate to contact me if I can be of further assistance. If you don't appreciate my cynicism you should report it with my msnager, but he doesn't deal with customers.
