Who to contact about a warranty issue

If you have an issue with your Google Fi phone that may be covered by the warranty, Google is ready to help.

If you bought your phone through Google Fi:

  • If it’s been 15 days or less since you received your phone, you can return the phone for a refund.
  • To find out more about a refund, replacement, or repair, contact a Google Fi expert

If you bought your phone from the Google Store: 

  • Contact Google Store support directly at 855-836-3987.
  • Request a call and someone will call you shortly.

If you bought your phone somewhere else: 

To check if you’re covered by your phone’s limited warranty, contact your phone's manufacturer.

Tip: If you bought the phone through Google Fi and it’s been 15 days or less since you received it,  you can easily return the phone for a refund whether it’s defective or not.

Phone issues that may be covered under warranty

You may be entitled to a repair, replacement or refund if your phone:

  • Doesn’t charge properly
  • Won’t turn on
  • Freezes often
  • Has microphone, speaker, or button issues
  • Has trouble connecting to Internet or cellular network
