What to do about a warranty issue

If you have a problem with your Project Fi phone that you think should be covered by the warranty, we’re ready to help.

If you bought your phone through Project Fi, contact a Project Fi expert or dial 1-844-TALK2Fi to find out more about a refund, replacement, or repair.

If you bought your phone from the Google Store but not through Project Fi, you can contact Google Store support directly at 855-836-3987 or request a call and someone will call you shortly.

If you didn’t buy your phone through Project Fi or the Google Store, you might be covered by your phone manufacturer's limited warranty. Contact your phone's manufacturer:

  • Motorola 1-800-734-5870
  • Huawei 1-888-548-2934
  • LG 1-800-243-0000

Tip: If you bought the phone through Project Fi and it’s been 15 days or less since you received it,  you can easily return the phone for a refund whether it’s defective or not.
