Can’t pay your Google Fi bill

If you know in advance that an upcoming automatic bill payment won’t go through on the primary card you have in your account, you can either update your primary card or add a backup card. If your payment doesn’t go through on your primary card, we’ll automatically try your backup card.

Once you receive a notification that your automatic payment was declined, you’ll need to make your payment right away (within 3 days of the failed payment). Learn more about fixing a declined payment.

If you have any questions about your bill, contact a Google Fi expert.
