If you didn’t turn on your contact permissions during setup, you can do so at any time. This lets you see who your voicemails are from.

  1. Go to your iPhone Settings.
  2. In the Settings menu, tap Google Fi.
  3. Turn on Contacts.

Record a voicemail greeting

You can record a voicemail greeting that’s up to 40 seconds long. Make sure your Google Fi app is on the latest version.

  1. Open the Google Fi app.
  2. In the Account tab, tap Voicemail settings and then Manage greeting.
  3. Tap the microphone.
  4. To save your greeting, tap Keep or Redo to record it again.
  5. Name your greeting and tap Save.
