When you use phones designed for Google Fi, you get better coverage and enhanced features. Most Android devices and iPhones work with Google Fi.

Use phones designed for Google Fi

  • Make calls, send texts, and use 4G LTE or 5G data. This includes 24-hour human support and 5G for supported phones.
  • Use international data in covered countries.
    • On Flexible and Unlimited Premium plans: Get coverage in more than 200 destinations for the same price as home.
    • On Unlimited Standard plan: Get coverage in Canada and Mexico.
  • Get extra privacy and security. Get a built-in VPN, spam detection and blocking, end-to-end encrypted calls between Android phones on Google Fi, and more.
  • Set up with or without a SIM card. You can activate service on your phone without a physical SIM card. You can also choose to get a SIM card shipped to you at no charge.

  • Get text and data coverage in more than 200 international destinations on Flexible or Unlimited Premium plans.
  • Check your voicemail in the Google Fi app.
