If you purchased a device from www.fi.google.com that decreased in price within the standard return period, to match the lower price, you may be eligible to receive a partial refund.
Qualify for price protection
- If a lower price is due to a Google Fi Wireless promotion, you must meet all the eligibility requirements of the promotion’s terms and conditions. Under the respective devices, to find the terms and conditions, go to https://fi.google.com/about/phones.
- Your device must be purchased from Google Fi Wireless within 15 days of the start of the new promotion.
- You must make your request within the Google Fi Wireless standard return period.
- You’re eligible for price protection only if your original promotion type is the same as the current promotion type. For example:
- If your original promotion was for monthly bill credits, your request for price protection is eligible for other monthly bill credit promotions.
- If your original promotion was for an instant rebate, your request for price protection is only eligible for other instant rebate promotions.
Tip: Price protection is granted through service credits.
