There are any number of reasons iTunes might not show your latest episodes or podcasts, and there are any number of reasons your podcast might not show up in iTunes at all.
- iTunes doesn't necessarily update all podcasts all the time. Some podcasts are not updated for days, some podcasts are updated immediately. This is a new service at iTunes, and we are quite sure the service will improve dramatically over time. If your FeedBurner feed is up to date, there is nothing extra FeedBurner can do to get your podcast to show up in iTunes
- You have to submit your podcast to iTunes. You do this within the iTunes application. FeedBurner does not submit your podcast to iTunes, we merely provide you with a service to add all your iTunes descriptive data to your podcast in a way that is easily understood by iTunes
- Other reasons over which we have no control.
The best thing to do if your latest podcasts aren't showing up in iTunes is to first make sure that your FeedBurner feed is up to date, and make sure that other podcasting services can see your latest episodes. If they can, then patience is the best course of action. If other podcast services can't see your latest podcast, and your FeedBurner feed seems up to date, then there may be some separate issue.
