You can use Headline Animator to create your own fully custom animated web widgets from your feed. To design your own Headline Animator (instead of using one of our pre-defined themes):
- Create a GIF that will serve as the background image for your Headline Animator
- Put this GIF on a web server somewhere (it needs to be available on the web)
- Sign in to FeedBurner, then navigate to Headline Animator on the Publicize tab for your feed
- Select "Provide your own background" from the "Theme" drop-down
- Paste the URL of your new background GIF and design your Headline Animator around that
