Something in my order is missing, damaged, or incorrect

We understand how frustrating it is when something goes wrong. If you have issues with your order, we’re happy to help.

Exception: Some stores arrange their own deliveries, and handle returns directly (read more about these stores). In these cases you should contact the store's customer support team if something goes wrong with your delivery or if your items aren’t right when your order arrives.

In all other cases, follow the below steps:

  • Missing?  Let us know exactly what you didn’t get. 
  • Damaged? Shoot us a photo and a brief description.
  • Not what you ordered? Tell us what you ordered and what you received instead. 

We can reach out to the delivery company or in-store team to find out more. In some cases we may ask you to return the item at no shipping cost to you.  Read more on returns
