Out of stock items

Occasionally, a product may be in stock when you place your order with Google Express, but sold out when the in-store team goes to select it.

If this happens, we try to find the item at another store location of the same retailer. In some cases this means part of your order may arrive later than the rest.

If your item still can't be found, we'll let you know by email. You won’t be charged for items that are out of stock.

You'll find your final charge:

  • In the email confirming your order is on its way
  • On your orders page after delivery
  • Under Orders in your Express app after delivery
