Setting or changing your delivery address

Need to change your delivery address or order to a new one? 

On desktop:

Ordering to an address you've used before

  • Click the ZIP code next to the location pin Location_on 
  • Choose from the addresses in the popup window

 

Ordering to an address you haven't used before

You can change your address in 2 ways:

  1. Click the ZIP code next to the location pin Location_on 
    1. Click ADD NEW DELIVERY ADDRESS
    2. Enter your new address and click Save
  2. At checkout, click the down arrow next to the delivery address
    1. Click ADD NEW ADDRESS 
    2. Enter your information including address, phone number, and gate code

 

Updating an address you've used before

You can do this in 2 ways:

  1. Click the ZIP code next to the location pin Location_on 
    1. Click the pencil icon in the popup window, next to the address you want to update
  2. Go to checkout
    1. Click the down arrow next to the delivery address 
    2. Click the pencil icon to update the address, phone number, and gate code

 

Removing an address you've used before

You can do this in 2 ways:

  1. Click the ZIP code next to the location pin Location_on 
    1. Select any other address from your list, not the one you want to remove
    2. Click the pencil icon in the popup window, next to the address you want to remove
    3. Click REMOVE 
  2. Go to checkout
    1. Click the down arrow next to the delivery address 
    2. Select any other address from your list, not the one you want to remove
    3. Click the pencil icon in the popup window, next to the address you want to remove
    4. Click REMOVE

 

On mobile:

  • Tap the menu icon , your zip code next to the location pin Location_on
  • Tap an address under "Select shipping address"
  • To add a new address, tap MANAGE ADDRESS BOOK, then Add new address

 

Note that deliveries can't be scheduled to PO boxes.

Need to change your address after placing your order?

  • At this time, we can’t change your delivery address once the order has been processed
  • You can cancel the order, if it hasn’t been paid for in-store, and place a new one to the correct address.
