Setting or changing your delivery address
Need to change your delivery address or order to a new one?
On desktop:
Ordering to an address you've used before
- Click the ZIP code next to the location pin
- Choose from the addresses in the popup window
Ordering to an address you haven't used before
You can change your address in 2 ways:
- Click the ZIP code next to the location pin
- Click ADD NEW DELIVERY ADDRESS
- Enter your new address and click Save
- At checkout, click the down arrow next to the delivery address
- Click ADD NEW ADDRESS
- Enter your information including address, phone number, and gate code
Updating an address you've used before
You can do this in 2 ways:
- Click the ZIP code next to the location pin
- Click the pencil icon in the popup window, next to the address you want to update
- Go to checkout
- Click the down arrow next to the delivery address
- Click the pencil icon to update the address, phone number, and gate code
Removing an address you've used before
You can do this in 2 ways:
- Click the ZIP code next to the location pin
- Select any other address from your list, not the one you want to remove
- Click the pencil icon in the popup window, next to the address you want to remove
- Click REMOVE
- Go to checkout
- Click the down arrow next to the delivery address
- Select any other address from your list, not the one you want to remove
- Click the pencil icon in the popup window, next to the address you want to remove
- Click REMOVE
On mobile:
- Tap the menu icon
, your zip code next to the location pin
- Tap an address under "Select shipping address"
- To add a new address, tap MANAGE ADDRESS BOOK, then Add new address
Note that deliveries can't be scheduled to PO boxes.
Need to change your address after placing your order?
- At this time, we can’t change your delivery address once the order has been processed
- You can cancel the order, if it hasn’t been paid for in-store, and place a new one to the correct address.
