I am trying to help someone who is trying to review a tour I created on Google Virtual Tour Creator. When she goes to the link I sent her on her Chrome Browser, she is seeing a black screen. Other users have tried this -- including myself -- and it works fine. What might be different about her browser or computer that you can suggest me to ask her to try to fix this? Thanks!

Hey Dave! I am so glad you posted your questions. I am going to ask some questions and share some resources that may help you out. 
 
Is the person's Google Chrome updated? Pease review this link: update Google Chrome
 
Is the person logged into a specific gmail account?  The reason I ask this is because of the following information: Turn Tour Creator on or off Tours can be accessed without a gmail account, but I am wondering if she is logged into a specific gmail account that has Tour Creator turned “Off.” Could you have the individual sign out of their gmail account and access the link.  This might give some insights. 
 
What happens if the individual copies and paste the tour link  into another supported browser?  Please review this information:  Supported Browsers
 
Is the person using an IOS device(Ipad or Iphone)? If so, please make sure their IOS software is up to date. If they have iOS 12.2 or higher, make sure Motion & Orientation Access is turned on: Go to Settings., Tap Safari., Under "Privacy & Security," turn On Motion & Orientation Access.  If she is using an IOS device see if she can access the link on a laptop computer to obtain a different outcome.
