Turn Tour Creator on or off

This article is for G Suite administrators.

As a G Suite administrator, you can control who uses Tour Creator in your organization. To ensure all users have access, turn on both Tour Creator and Google Drive for everyone.

You can also configure Drive to allow access by third-party apps so users can edit images, videos, manage projects, create flow charts, and more.

  1. Sign in to your Google Admin console.

    Sign in using your administrator account (does not end in @gmail.com).

  2. From the Admin console Home page, click Apps and then Additional Google services and then Tour Creator.
  3. Click Edit service.
  4. At Service status, click On for everyone.
  5. To turn on Drive, on the Admin console Home page, click Apps and then G Suite and then Drive and Docs.
  6. Click Edit service.
  7. At Service status, click On for everyone.

Allow third-party apps access to Drive files

To allow users to have third-party apps access their Drive files, you enable the Drive SDK API. For more information, see Allow 3rd-party apps for Drive files.

Note: Changes can take up to 24 hours to take effect.
