View your tour in Expeditions

You can add tours you create in Tour Creator to your Google Expeditions app. You can also add tours you like or share on Poly to the app.

You must be signed in to the same Google Account on both Expeditions and Tour Creator when you publish a tour.

Create, publish, and view tours

Step 1: Create your tour
  1. On your web browser, sign in to Tour Creator.
  2. Follow the steps to Create a tour.
Step 2: Publish your tour
  1. On your web browser, sign in to Tour Creator.
  2. Publish your tour as public or unlisted.

Step 3: View your tour in Expeditions

Any tour you publish in Tour Creator—public and unlisted—will appear in the My Tours tab of your Expeditions app.

  1. On your mobile device, tap Expeditions Expeditions.
  2. Sign in with your Google Account.
  3. Tap Library and then My Tours.
  4. Search or scroll vertically to find the tour you created in Tour Creator and published on Poly.

    You'll see Tour Creator Tour Creator on those tours.

  5. Tap your tour.
  6. Tap Download to view or guide.
Step 4: Add tours from Poly
  1. On your web browser, sign in to Poly

    Note: Sign in with the account you use for Tour Creator.

  2. Find a tour you’d like to add to Expeditions and choose an option:
    • Click Like Like.
    • Click Share Share and then Expeditions.
  3. On your mobile device, tap Expeditions Expeditions.
  4. Sign in with your Google Account.
  5. Tap Library and then My Tours.
  6. Search or scroll vertically to find the tour you liked or shared on Poly.

    You'll see Poly Poly on those tours.

  7. Tap the tour to see a summary of the content.
  8. Tap Download to view or guide.
  9. If you see a notice on a tour you added from Poly that says, “Changes have been made to this tour. Would you like to update it?”:
    1. Make sure you are connected to the internet.
    2. Tap Update.
