I don’t see my Explorers

If you started a tour and don’t see your Explorers, see Set up your network.

I don’t see my downloaded tours on my guide device

If you haven’t refreshed your tours in the past 30 days
If you haven’t connected your guide device to the Internet in the past 30 days and pulled the tour list down to refresh the content, tours are automatically deleted. For details, see Find and download tours.

If you have refreshed your tours in the past 30 days
If you connected your guide device to the Internet in the past 30 days and didn’t see your downloaded tour, we'd like to know. For details, see Send feedback about missing or incorrect content.

Send feedback about incorrect content or issues

If you are having trouble, please let us know and we’ll investigate.

Android

  1. In the Expeditions app, tap Menu Menu and then Feedback.
  2. In the text field, enter your comments.
  3. (Optional) Next to From, tap Down Down Arrow and select an email address. 
    If you don’t want to use your email address, select Google user.
  4. (Optional) If you don’t want to include screenshots of incorrect content and system logs, uncheck Include screenshot and logs.
  5. (Optional) If you want to highlight issues or blackout sensitive information on the screenshot, tap Highlight and hide content.
  6. Tap Send Send.

iOS

  1. In the Expeditions app, tap Menu Menu and then Send feedback.
  2. In the text field, enter your comments.
    If you’re sending feedback about missing content, answer these questions:
    • If you pull down to refresh, do the tours appear automatically?
    • If you pull down to refresh and the tours don't appear automatically, do you have to manually tap the cover photo of each tour to re-download the tours?
  3. (Optional) If you don’t want to share the system data with Google, uncheck Include system data.
  4. (Optional) If you don’t want to include your Google Account information, uncheck Google Account.
  5. (Optional) Click Preview to read your feedback before sending. 
    The Preview feedback screen gives you a snapshot of your Application version, device model, OS version, Google Account used to access Expeditions, the timestamp of your feedback, and the system log.
  6. Tap Send.
