What do students see when I "release grade" after importing grades using a google form?

Hi all, thanks in advance for any help. 

I've created a quiz assignment in google forms and I've imported grades into google classroom. 

I know that if I "release scores" from google forms directly, students will see either "point values, correct answers, or incorrect answers" depending on my settings. I'd like to know if I can skip this step of "releasing scores" directly from the form and just import the grades into Classroom, release grades via classroom, and still have the students be able to see the "point values, correct answers, or incorrect answers". 

I guess I am just struggling since I can't be a student in my own google classroom and I can't see what the students see. I want to provide them with enough feedback during remote learning.
