Hello all,
Thank you for raising this to our attention! I've flagged this issue to the engineering team -- if you can help provide us with a bit of additional information it would be very helpful as we investigate.
- Possible to send a screenshot of what you're seeing? For instance, when saying "it is not loading picture in browser when clicked on:"
- what are you clicking on?
- is there an error message?
- what happens when it's clicked on? does any screen show up at all?
- A user kindly posted a workaround for Mac (thank you!). Checking if any users have found this to resolve the issue?
Thank you all for both highlighting the issue and helping us identify a solution!

I fixed the images problem by deleting ~/Library/Preferences/com.apple.safari.plist, quit out of Safari, restarted it and logged in. Tested in several images in Google Classroom - all good. Good luck, Kathie Robinson

With all the respect, Google can provide a pretty sophisticated solution and I would assume that showing and JPG image, that is with us since the dawn of the internet, should not be so hard.
