  • A Teaching and Learning Upgrade licence

Important: The SIS mark export feature is available for these SaaS partners:

Other SIS partnerships are in development.

If you use Classroom with Google Workspace for Education, you can export marks directly to your student information system (SIS). After your administrator sets up the connection, you can link your classes to the SIS and export marks.

Tips:

  • Mark categories carry over differently for each SIS. If you export marks to:
    • Aspen and Skyward SMS 2.0 and Skyward Qmlativ SIS:
      • Mark categories carry over if the category titles match. If they don't match, your marks might be assigned to a default category or marked as 'Uncategorised'.
    • Infinite Campus SIS:
      • When connected with OneRoster 1.1: Mark categories don't carry over when you export your marks to your SIS. Your marks might be assigned to a default category or marked as 'Uncategorised'.
      • When connected with OneRoster 1.2: Mark categories carry over if the category titles match. If they don't match, your marks might be assigned to a default category or marked as 'Uncategorised'.
        • If you're not sure which OneRoster version you use, ask your administrator.
  • To download a copy of your marks page with mark categories, learn how to download marks.
