If you're a teacher from a municipal networks school:

  • Connect to your municipal IT department to create an educational subdomain from the official domain of the municipality. For example:
    • edu.municipality.uf.gov.br
    • educ.municipio.uf.gov.br
    • educa.municipio.uf.gov.br
    • educacao.municipio.uf.gov.br

  • This type of account is exclusive to managers, directors, coordinators, students, teachers and the entire staff of the Department of Education.
  • Everyone under the Secretary of Education can have an account at no charge.
  • Ask the Secretariat of Education's IT staff to follow the steps for domain registration

If you're a teacher from a state networks school:

  • Ask the IT department of your state's Department of Education to create accounts for your school in the official domain.
  • Most Brazilian states already have a Google for Education domain.

Important: State and municipal schools' individual domain requests will be rejected. The Department of Education of your state must make the domain request.

If you're a teacher from a private school (primary, secondary and higher education) or university:
