What tool can I use to draw a 20 minute radius around a map marker?

Oh, reading subject again says 20 minute. read it as 20 mile. Sorry
That's a bit more tricky. There isnt a function to create isochrones, assuming that is what you mean, a line/shape showing how far can walk/drive/cycle within 20 minutes?
There are various online tools for createing Travel time Maps,
Not sure if any have a 'KML' export option, which would be the ideal way to import the 'shape' into Google Earth.
Might be able to find something

There is
might be overkill for one marker, as its designed for lots of markers.
For a single marker, might just be quikcer drawing the circle 'manually'. Use the 'ruler' tool, it has a circle option. Can even save the drawn circle as a 'placemark'.

Hi Shannon,
In Google Earth Pro, you can use the Ruler in the Tools menu to draw any size circle that works for you.
In Google Maps, there are third party circle tools that you can find with a Google search: Google Maps circle tool.
