How to contact Google earth programmers?

I am afraid there is no way to contact the Google Earth programmers.
If you have an idea for any Google product, you can always submit it via this form: https://support.google.com/contact/bizdev
Be aware that you will likely not receive any feedback, and Google is free to use your idea without any compensation to yourself.

Wish there was somewhere to send this to:
'We apologize for the inconvenience, but Google Earth has crashed.
This is a bug in the program, and should never happen under normal
circumstances. A bug report and debugging data have been written
to this text file ...'
