I am not completely sure how complex the projects are or what you are trying to do, but you cannot copy a feature from one projects to another.
- You could make a copy of an entire Project (typically the one with the most complex features) and build around that copied project (delete, add, modify features).
- You can also link, via url, to other projects or kml. However, this tends to ruin the flow of the "Presentation." It will "technically" work, but I find that users start clicking around on the kml; bringing them outside the original presentation into the other project and/or kml. It can become a hot mess for the user.
- Combining everything into a single kml via a text editor on a computer and importing the kml into Google Earth Web tends to work best with merging a number of kmls together. However, it is a bit cumbersome to share these files.
