Duo notifications setting are greyed out and not able to receive call notification

1on1 call notification and other call notifications are greyed out. Cannot receive call notification when a contact is calling me on duo. This has happened recently. Pls provide solution

Having the same problems. When someone tries to call me on duo it hangs them up and says I have a missed call. Won't allow me to receive calls I have to call them back

An important call notification came through my Google Home device but not my phone. By the time I could grab my phone and open duo, the caller hung up.

I just started using duo today or tried to. Same issue is all over the internet but no one has a solution. Very frustrating. I updated the app today and still the same issue. No notifications

Same issue. I've used Duo for a year and suddenly the receive notifications tab is grayed out. Constantly missing calls.

Same issue here. Just had to get a replacement phone and now I'm not able to make changes in my duo settings because they are greyed out. Why is this happening.
