why does my speaker keep trying to make duo calls when i actually wanna call someone's actual phone.

im trying to call my brother and my speaker keeps saying "making a duo call", however it doesnt say this for everyone else, i know hes the only one who has duo as well but the doesnt mean i wanna make a duo call just because he has it. i only set up my duo because i dont have a phone right now but i have a phone number and without duo the google speaker always shows up as a blocked number most people have those blocked from even being able to ring their phone and if they dont have me blocked its still only a %50 chance they would answer as they dont want to chance answering someone they have been avoiding. so in short form i want to call my brother and not be making a "DUO" call i want my actual number to show up on his phone and to ring his actual cell phone number.

Hey Jordann, try taking a look at his contact info in your Google Contacts. If your brother's phone is listed in Duo as the default communication, that's how the assistant is going to contact him. You can also check in the Assistant options for how your default means of calling is whether by phone or Duo. Though without your phone this might be kind of difficult now that I think about it. I would try looking around in the Assistant community as well since I have a feeling this is more in that ball park than the Duo app.
