If you use Duo with your Google Account, you can use the Google Duo app on your Samsung TV.

Download the Duo app on your Samsung TV
- On your Samsung remote, press the Home button.
- Click Apps
Search

- Search for
Google Duo
. - Click Download.
Important: To use Duo on a Samsung TV, connect a USB camera and microphone directly to it.
Sign in to Duo on your Samsung TV
- On your Samsung TV, open the Duo app.
- Click Sign in.
- On your Android device, open the Duo app.
- At the top right, tap More
Settings
Account.
- On the Account page, tap TV sign in
Connect.
Important: You must add your Duo account to your Google Account to use Duo on your Samsung TV. To add an account:
- On your Android device, open the Duo app.
- Go to Settings.
- Tap Add account.
Make a call on your Samsung TV
- On your Samsung TV, open the Duo app.
- Choose an option:
- Click Start a call.
- Click someone from your recent activity
Voice call or Video call.
- At the top, search for a contact, then click Voice call or Video call.
Troubleshoot connection issues to the Duo app
If the app doesn’t connect to the TV, try the following:
- Connect your Samsung TV and Android device to the same Wi-Fi network.
- On your network router, turn on Universal Plug and Play (UPnP).
- On your Samsung TV, use Internet Protocol version 4 (IPv4) Wi-Fi.
