Add campaigns to a budget group

The campaigns table lists only campaigns that match the selected currency. It includes Account, Campaign, and Budget group columns.

  1. After you've named the budget group, in the list of campaigns, do any of the following to add campaigns to the budget group.

    • Select the check box of each campaign that you want to include in the budget group.
    • Select the check box in the table header row to select all of the campaigns that are shown on the page. If the advertiser contains hundreds of campaigns, up to 100 campaigns are shown on each page.
To select all of the campaigns, click Select all number campaigns.

Above the header is text that says 100 campaigns selected. Select all 500 campaigns. Select all 500 campaigns is blue and appears to be clicakable.
    • Filter the list of campaigns to include only the campaigns that you want, and then select the check boxes for the campaigns.
If you select a campaign that is already a member of a budget group, the campaign is removed from the old budget group and added to the new budget group. Campaigns can be a member of only one budget group at a time.
  2. Click Create budget group.
  3. Click OK when prompted to confirm that the budget group is created.
If you add a lot of campaigns to a budget group, it may take several minutes for the operation to complete. You can create a budget plan while the budget group operation completes.

Use a filter to find the campaigns that you want

Apply a filter to identify the campaigns that you want to include or exclude from a budget group. A filter allows you to specify attributes such as mobile bid adjustment % or Search Ads 360 bid strategy, formula columns, or any Business Data that you've added to Search Ads 360.
