Cancel an in-progress upload

During the process of uploading a bulksheet to Search Ads 360, you have a few opportunities to cancel the upload:

1. Navigate to an advertiser.

   Steps for navigating to an advertiser

   1. Click the navigation bar to display navigation options.

   2. In the "Agency" list, click on the agency that contains the advertiser. You can search for an agency by name or scroll through the list.

   3. In the "Advertiser" list, click on the advertiser.

   4. Click Apply or press the Enter key.

   Search Ads 360 displays the advertiser page, which contains data for all of the advertiser’s engine accounts.

2. Click Uploads in the left navigation pane.

3. After you select a bulksheet from your computer, Search Ads 360 starts uploading the file. During the upload, you can click the Cancel link:
   
4. After the upload completes, Search Ads 360 immediately validates the bulksheet and reports any validation errors. During or after validation, you can click the Cancel Changes button to stop the process:
   
5. After validation completes, Search Ads 360 places the bulksheet in its processing queue. The bulksheet appears in the reporting table, and the time that Search Ads 360 will start processing the bulksheet appears in the Status column. Anytime before processing starts, you can click Cancel in the Status column:
   

 

Once processing begins, you cannot cancel the process.
