Displays the amount of time it took to traffic a change in an account, from the instant that DS detected the change until the instant the change was successfully trafficked to the engine.
The column displays --- (dashes) if DS hasn't trafficked the object yet.
Not in date range displays if the object did not traffic during the selected time range in the UI. If you see this, you can set a later end date and see if the value in this column changes to a time.

Select a time range for the report.

Navigate to the campaigns, ad groups, ads, keywords, labels, or bid strategies whose change history you want to see.

In the toolbar above the performance summary graph, click Change history.
The column appears in the reporting table by default.
