Displays the email address of a DS user who made a change in an account. This value will be empty for changes by automated systems.

Select a time range for the report.

Navigate to the campaigns, ad groups, ads, keywords, labels, or bid strategies whose change history you want to see.

In the toolbar above the performance summary graph, click Change history.
The column appears in the reporting table by default.
