Describes a change that has occurred in an engine.
Depending on the change, the Changes column is subdivided into the following columns:

Event type |
Displays the type of change that has occurred in an account. Here are some of the most common event types, and examples of what might have changed:
- General:
- Creation: Campaign, label, bid strategy, etc., was created.
- Name: Advertiser, ad group, bid strategy, etc.
- Status: DS status changed.
- Other: Change that doesn’t fit in any of the existing categories.
- For accounts, campaigns, etc.:
- Account settings: Username, password, and/or launch date.
- Ad group setting: Start/end date or a target.
- Bid: Max CPC
- Budget: Campaign budgets
- Campaign setting: Target or start/end date
- Default bid: Max CPC, Broad/Exact/Phrase/Content bid
- Engine status: Approved, paused, etc.
- Trafficking: Update was sent to the engine.
- URL: Landing page URL, clickserver URL, clickserver URL
- For bid strategies:
- Bid strategy: Added/removed a bid strategy to/from a keyword
- Bid strategy setting: Minimum/maximum strat bid
- CPA conversion type: Whether CPA is calculated with actions (spend / actions) or transactions (spend / transactions).
- CPA target: Target dollar amount for a CPA bid strategy.
- ERS target: Target percentage for an ERS bid strategy.
- Floodlight tag target: ERS or CPA target for Floodlight bid strategy.
- Monthly spend target: For position range bid strategies.
- Position range: For bid strategies with a Position goal or for other types of bid strategies that specify a position constraint.

Values before and after the change. Here are some examples:
- Active: Object is being served on the search engine.
- Synchronized: Change has been successfully applied to the engine.
- Pending: Change to the object is in the process of being sent to the engine.
- Removed: Object is removed from the engine.
