Filter an agency-level report by advertiser
(Multi-agency users only.) You can filter advertisers by name to view metrics for specific advertisers on the agencies page.
For example, an agency named travel has 45 advertisers: 15 have air somewhere in the name, 15 have car, and 15 have hotel. If you filter the advertiser by air, the agency-level report will only have the 15 air advertisers.
Add multiple advertiser terms to one filter attribute: If you want to include advertisers that have one of a list of terms, you can use pipes | to act as OR filters. In the example above, if you want to include advertisers that have car or air in their name, set up a filter of Advertiser Contains car | air. This also allows you to select the exact advertisers you want to include in a report. If you want a report that includes Advertiser 1, Advertiser 2, Advertiser 3, and Advertiser 4, set up a filter of Advertiser Contains Advertiser 1 | Advertiser 2 | Advertiser 3 | Advertiser 4.
Follow these steps to filter an agency-level report by advertiser:
Navigate to an agency.
Click Filter in the toolbar above the performance summary graph.
In the filter panel that appears, click + Attribute or metric.
In the dropdown that appears, select Advertiser.
Keep the identifier as Contains, enter the shared advertiser text in the text box, and click Apply filters.
Use pipes | to filter by multiple terms in one field.
Download an editable report, scoped by agency, that includes advertisers.
The report will include only the advertisers with the filtered text in the name.
