Hello! I'm writing from Screencastify on behalf of many users who have written in to us about video processing issues they've been experiencing. After a video has been created and uploaded to Drive (the video can play well within Screencastify), if the user wants to skip ahead or play back the video then the screen will freeze/go black but the audio will play normally. 

This will happen if the video is played within Drive or if the drive link is shared and opened. Other teachers have commented that this is happening with other videos played within Drive or via the drive link and not Screencastify videos only. 

As we work with thousands of teachers and students, this issue is greatly impacting their ability to share their content-any assistance on this matter is greatly appreciated!

Uploading the videos to YouTube helps most of the time but still an extra step to something that was working so perfectly for so long. Still having issues.

I can confirm this behavior on our domain. We've also noticed from our troubleshooting that it seems to effect .webm videos more and switching to a higher quality will sometimes help.

My videos are erasing and it is frustrating.  Hopefully, you will be able to fix this problem soon.

We are still seeing the issue and it itakimg it very difficult to get videos to our students due to our teachers having trouble even getting their videos in GDrive.
