On the Android G Drive app, I move a file form a folder to another, create a new folder or delete a file of folder, then I go to the Browser version and find that the changes I made on the Android app (move a file form a folder to another, create a new folder or delete a file of folder) have not synced (uploading files from the phone to the G Drive app still syncs to the browser normally). I make those changes on the browser, go to the android app and find that the changes have been synced (if I tried them on other files I find the changes I made on the browser in addition to the changes I made on the Android app).
